I don’t know about you, but I run pretty fast, and here at Little Bird, productivity is at the core of how we deliver excellent work and maintain a great environment. Well, you’ve heard it said before that what is measured gets managed. So here’s my quick little productivity tip for you today.
It’s free and it's called Toggl.com
It is really easy to use, simply click on it when you start a task, and click off of it when you are done with that task. It complies an amazing report and gives you a great glance at your day, your week, etc. One of the best things that I love about it is that I don’t really even need to look at the report that much because the actual act of doing it is bringing to my mind what it is that I need to focus on for today. Ahhh...MINDFUL ACTION. Lovely!
