And the answer is: you engage with them. When they send you an email, or a tweet, or an Instagram dm, or any kind of a message, and they say, 'Hey great show' or 'Hey thanks for the content' or 'Hey, I hate your voice' or any of those things, I always love to write back and say: “Hey, how’d you hear about me?”
