    “In marketing, we can’t always market the need. For instance, we work with a lot of financial advisors, and financial advisors do financial planning. They think it’s the most important thing because it’s the base of everything they do– the financial plan. But there isn’t a person out there that’s dying to sit down and spend hours and hours and hours getting a financial plan. So we have to market what people want, not what they need.
